    About Me

    Hi, I’m Jessika.


    I help people who feel stuck, scattered, or lost in their own heads find clarity and calm — by learning how their brain really works.


    I’ve spent many years working as a Special Education teacher, helping kids and adults who were told they were too much, too distracted, or not smart enough.


    Now, as a certified Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence Coach, I teach brain-based tools that help people build better habits, focus, and peace of mind.


    I understand what it feels like to struggle — because I’ve lived it.


    I have ADHD. I’ve survived Lyme disease — twice.  

    I’ve dealt with brain fog, burnout, and having to start over from zero more than once.


    What changed everything was learning how the brain works — and how it can heal.


    Now I share what helped me, so you can build the life that works for *your* brain.
